As all items are made to order per your request we do not offer a refund and returns service.

Items are quality checked before sending. Please check our size guide on FAQs to ensure you purchase the most suitable size.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or our perfectly imperfects.
